Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is super clear straw, some lingering effervescence and bubbling, head is off white and presents a scant 1/4 inch and then dissipates to ring.
Smell is neutral graininess and definitive rice quality, hops are limited but some light citrus.
Taste is similar in grainy flavor with a noted rice flavor, like cooked rice, other malt is limited in flavor, hops are earthy, grassy, light citrus.
Mouthfeel is crisp carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness, lingering crisp bite.
Overall really easy drinking lager with heavy rice addition, dry hopping is noted but not dominant in beer character.
