Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is hazy straw, head is bright white and presents 1/2 inch thick, head dissipates to solid top and ring along sides.
Smell is like a light broken heels - mixed tropicals, pineapple, citrus pith, limited malt.
Taste is similar - mixed tropicals pineapple, citrus pith, thin malt with heavy oat/wheat backing sweetness. Really is very similar in construction to broken heels.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness/fullness, moderate bitterness. Really crammed a lot of late hops in there to keep this as bitter as it presents.
Overall broken heels light seems similar in hop profile to 70% of NT brews - it tastes bigger than 3.5% so its definitely on the sweeter side for similar brews of this take but the late hops are really dominating in flavor.
