Flat out, a delightful pour into a clear Imperial pint glass to empty a pint can in one turn of the wrist. No white foamy mess here. There's very little lasting head at all. The brew is a lovely light golden amber that's bright and relatively translucent. The aroma is West Coast typical, with piney hops dominant. For a brewery 3,000 miles away, this nails the WCIPA drinking experience. The malting is only enough to create a supple medium, but add little taste. The hopping is piney and dry. This may be a little less bitter than some aficionados of the style look for, but to a typical AIPA drinker, this hits all the right notes. No lasting head, no glass lacing, no problem. This is quite the drinkable pinelike hoppy brew that never gets too bitter and finishes very cleanly. This is another feather in the cap for this brewer.

Undated (WTF) can into pint glass. Pours a clear honey color with a brief off-white head. Initial impression is dank pine, grapefruit rind, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is clean and crisp; moderate carbonation. Finish fades ti a distinct resinous bitterness. Overall, a good take on a West Coast IPA - but NT is decidedly better at the hazy NEIPA style.

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is gold, transparent, head is off white and presents less than 1/2 inch thick then dissipates to nothing.
Smell is crisp hops: notes of citrus, herbs, sweeter than grapefruit nose but still citrusy, light malt sweetness but more bread/biscuit.
Taste is subdued for the style: sweeter hops and malt and limited bitter hops or bigger, bolder malt flavor; some sweet citrus, light floral, and hint of malt sweetness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness, especially for the style.
Overall - a subdued IPA - components are there but hops/bitterness are soft, and malt is lightly sweet and more bready.
