Sunburst is a new Hazy DIPA series focusing on bringing out the best juicy fruity hop characteristics we can. Experimental Blend brings together 3 as-of-yet-unnamed experimental hops from The Hop Breeding Company; HBC 630, HBC 586, and HBC 472. The resulting aromatics are packed with chewy tropical candy, and peaches & cream. Enjoy the sun bursting across the sky with this one.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is hazy gold, head is off white and presents 1 finger thick, some lacing and lingering solid top.
Smell is boozy, some berry qualities, earth and pine, citric acid, candied sugar.
Taste is candied fruit, berries, pine, citric pith, some malt bread and toast, light wheat and oats; sweet, pithy and boozy.
Mouthfeel is low carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness, boozy burn.
Overall a big HDIPA that is a touch sweet and boozy.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a hazy gold with a brief off-white head. Initial impression is sweet citrus, pineapple, and a slightly peppery spiciness. Mouthfeel is thick and smooth. Finish fades from a sticky sweetness to a spicy bitterness. This is not your typical NT NEIPA - I'm not sure I'd revisit it, but after reading the description on the can ("chewy tropical candy, peaches & cream") it was better than I expected.

Different. Regular NT cloudy color, aroma is of a mango, pineapple, strawberry blend....taste is fruity, heavy, I get the smooth oats too.....a the bitter hoppiness also. It is different, I like it.
