Our Belgian White Ale is brewed with pilsner and an assortment of wheat malts, then traditionally spiced with orange zest and coriander. Fermented with Belgian yeast, this beer showcases classic Belgian esters of banana and clove complimented by an expansive softness. We then added raspberry during fermentation to provide a sweet berry character to the complexity.

10 oz draft pour at the brewery. Pours a light amber color with a pinkish hue. Aroma and flavor feature subtle but tart and juicy raspberry, wheat, and hints of citrus and spice. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Overall a great summer beer.

For the sake of accuracy, the brewery labels this as a Belgian style white ale. A pint can was emptied into a clear glass Imperial pint mug and it just fit. No complaints about a starchy white foam here, besides it's a Belgian white and should be allowed that excess. It's color is a reddish orange-amber and the modest head is off-white, with a pinkish tint. As for the aroma, the Belgian yeast and the fruit are restrained, yet present. Upon tasting, the first impression is how softly this crosses the palate. But then the taste troubles begin. Sad to say, this just doesn't work. It's like drinking stale perfume, although there's likely no one that can absolutely attest to that. There's not enough Belgian yeastiness to work on that side and the raspberry inclusion is weak and can't salvage the taste. To be kind, it is soft and smooth whilst delivering a decent body. But, fans of Belgian-style beers and those that like raspberry will be left unsatisfied.
