Poured into wide mouth, grip shaped glass: color is straw gold, hazy/opaque, head is brighter white and presents 1/4 thick, no lingering top or retention.
Smell is subdued - typical NT blend tropical hops, leaning to pineapple, some malt sweetness but not that aromatic.
Taste is more biting bitterness than some other NT hazys - flavor profile is mixed tropicals, pineapple heavy, stonefruit, some citrus and lemon rind, light grapefruit pith; malt is limited with light biscuit.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall - would think a collaboration brew could be more interesting than this, but it is NT in the lead.
