French Creek is a Hazy IPA brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked oats for a light & round mouthfeel. Dry hopped with Motueka, Chinook & Crystal for a slight limey citrus & papaya-forward tropical notes.

Slightly more than a fingers worth of crisp fluffy bone white / light khaki colored froth... Solid retention... Colornis a moderately hazed pale gold... Very pleasant well balanced hop forward nose... Mostly citrus with a hint of pine mixed in... Palate is mostly consistent with the nose but the pine pushes past the citrus for prominence... Some wheat notes linger beneath the surface... Medium bodied... Robust but yet refreshingly light... Moderate carbonation... Very nice, very simple and very effective.... Really nice highly sessionable brew...
