This West Coast pale ale brings back the classic piney characteristics with the addition of Cascade hops. Nelson Sauvin and Cashmere hops lend more aromatic tropical and orange citrus notes. All on a canvas of familiar caramel forward malts and a lower 5.5% abv.

Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is gold, slight chill haze, head is off white and presents less than one finger thick, head dissipates to solid thin top with some lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is light pine and earth, light tropicals, hint of toasted malt.
Taste is a little sweeter with more malt forward flavor intermixed with pine/earth/light tropical hop flavors, some herbal notes, light toast/bready hops.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall one of the more balanced 'west coast' style brews from NT - hops/malt/bitterness but not overly sweet.

16oz can into a tall glass. As usual, no freshness dating, but this is a very recent release.
Good looking beer, clear yellow, strong head. Scattered lacing. Slightly spiced aroma. Taste is light, clean, piney bitterness, smooth malt base. Finish hoppy and piney. Pretty decent West Coast pale, goes down fast.
