Lycoming White is our brand new American White Ale, also only available here at our Tasting Room. Lycoming White is brewed with a slew of wheats, orange peel & coriander for a traditional feel, then fermented with an American yeast strain for added fruit character and a dryer mouthfeel.

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is gold, slight opaqueness, head is off white and presents one finger thick, head dissipates to solid frothy top with lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is biscuit, pilsner malt, maybe some toast, hint of coriander spice, subtle orange and light fruitiness.
Taste is biscuit, pilsner, wheat, some coriander spice, light orange and light yeast fruitiness.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall a very good white ale with wheat/biscuit forward aroma/flavor with backing spice and fruitiness, surprisingly crisp/dry finish.
