This is a fresh take on our favorite Hazy IPA. Broken Heels dry-hopped singularly with Mosaic. Hand-selected Mosaic is used in the original recipe, but here we let it shine alone with its unique profile of floral, tropical, fruity and earthy notes. Still with a full mouthfeel and balanced bitterness. Enjoy this brewing adventure on your next outing.

Hazy golden pour from a 16 oz can.
1/2" white head, which dissipated soon.
Some hops in the nose. My sense of smell isn't great.
Lots of dank hop.
Very good.
Pretty good mouth feel, not thin, has some body.
Overall a good solid hazy IPA.
Not the usual relabled original Broken Heels.
I will get it again.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is straw gold, hazy/murky, head is brighter white with fine to small bubbles, head presents less than one finger thick and dissipates to thin top with lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is mixed melon, berry, pine, hint of earth and herbs, light oat and wheat.
Taste presents with more melon, light pine, earth, berry, herbal notes, light malt with oats and wheat, biscuit.
Mouthfeel is typical NT low carbonation, moderate sweetness, lower bitterness.
Overall a mosaic heavy spin on the NT base beer - i still want some more carbonation and bitterness out of this brewery but the mosaic is more pleasant than the citra and other variant leading hazies.
