Citrusy, glowing, effervescent. A Belgian white ale that is lighter, brighter, and more refreshing. Brewed with pilsner and an assortment of wheat malts, then traditionally spiced with orange zest and coriander. Fermented with Belgian yeast, this beer showcases an expansive softness with an orange-citrusy fruitiness.

2 12oz cans into a tall glass. No freshness dating on cans or packaging, but a part of NT's Summer 15pack.
Dull hazy orange yellow body, decent white head, though limited lacing. Aroma is of banana, and a tad earthy. On tasting, it seems to sort itself out, nice banana notes, wheaty without being sour, mild spice notes. The finish is mixed, early on clean and sharp, then some bitterness, then just clean.
Overall, a decent enough witbier. No major faults, just a few odd notes.

Can 5.4%.
The short of it is, it’s far too hoppy to be a good witbier. Look and feel are great. Taste isn’t bad, but again, it’s not a witbier to me with the amount of pure ipa style hop I can taste.

A fingers worth of slightly slanted crisp off white colored froth... Excellent retention... Color is a chill hazed vibrant straw... Loads of quick paced carbonation rises throughout... Wheat, lemon zest and a touch of white pepper dominate the palette... Perhaps a hint of bubble gum as well... Palette is much more one dimensional and boring.... Kind of a muted mix of cracker, biscuit and wheat... Not much else to round out the flavor profile... Feel is light to medium bodied... Sleek and crisp but without much nuance... Started promising and tailed off a bit... Decent enough sipper for summer, but not much more...

Pours very opaque with a white bubbly head.
Coriander, orange, zesty lime, and herbal flowery notes.
Taste follows nose, flavors are muted, subtle, and complex. Tasty and refreshing.

12 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium head. Aroma threatens an over-hoppiness, but somehow it doesn't come through in the flavor at all. Kind of weird, but it's an interesting dichotomy of aroma and flavor. Overall it's solid and enjoyable, but it's not about to replace Allagash White in my regular beer rotation.
