Brewed with loads of oats, wheat, and a few specialty malts. Then double dry hopped with Vic Secret, Jarrylo, and Amarillo. Lighter in color with a soft pillowy head. Aromas of pineapple, mango flesh, slight banana, and citrus round out this IPA. Tiki drink meets IPA.

No canning date

Appearance: Pours a mildly cloudy (90% clarity) medium golden/orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 8. (3.75)

Aroma: Mild aromas of orange, some mango underneath. (3.50)

Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, apricot, some bitter citrus, rind and pine and herbal notes. Smooth and slightly bitter on the finish. (3.75)

Feel: Medium body, average, carbonation, a bittersweet finish. (3.75)

Compared to Falling Knife Spaced Out 1/2024: Pours darker, clearer, milder aromas. More herbal, pine, and citrus zest. Less pineapple and mango. More bitterness.

Overall: The beer name sounds like something served at Chucky Cheese. Pours clear. Interesting hop combiation. A bit of herbal and piney bitterness. It's alright. (Rating:

At the brewery, pours a cool color - kind of thick pumpkin orange with a darker center, juicy and very calm and placid. Not much head and no lacing. Nose is nice — very juicy, orange, mango, papaya. Taste is consistent with the nose, but not quite as satisfying - a little wet and heavy, neither sweet nor bitter…not sure what to make of it…it is juicy. Feel is okay, but as I said, a little heavy.

So soft that the My Pillow guy would approve. Yet she's also robust and THICC enough to quench a thirst for something hearty and deep. For the price, around $14 for a 6-pack of 12oz cans, she really is exceptional. The malt profile is more notable than the hops. There's some real orange and mango notes going on, in a darker way, without much for piney or dryness. Not the most complex, but the malt and the "feel" are absolutely superb.
