My first from TwoGuys in Wyoming ... bought from Kings Cove in Holland... both kinda suburbs of Grand Rapids.
While BC Blonde Looks average and Smells that way also, Tastes are sufficiently hoppy to boost refreshment but not so hoppy the malt can't be appreciated. Balanced in Taste and Mouth, I'm glad I tried BC Blonde.... but after a 35 mile bike ride, I'm easy to please. I easily can envision drinking BC Blonde with bar food.
As for my micro-review... With over 10,000 ratings and 135 beers listed on UnTappd, TwoGuys is doing well enough for a four year old in one of the nation's most competitive metros for beer. BC Blonde has the 4th most ratings on UnTappd. While their menu is bar food, it seems pretty thoughtful... like they care what they brew and what they cook. While I'm unlikely to have another TwoGuys for logistical reasons, I still wish them well. Cheers.
