Had this on tap at the spontaneous fermentation pre-festival at Strange Roots. A nice example of a saison, with slightly cloudy amber color, a little white head, and a light mouthfeel. It's also a little funky, a little mixed grain flavor, and very refreshing. Nothing off-putting and a good beer with food.
