Harvest Ale with Butternut Squash and Spices
A crisp fall ale brewed with fresh butternut squash from our friends at Holmberg Orchards (not pumpkin) and pie spices straight from the cupboard. This batch was fermented with Kvek yeast, pours an orange color and gives off a subtle aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg. The taste is a crisp medium malted flavor with hints of ripe gourd. Yes... we went there, please forgive us.
