This beer pours a deep purple color almost like a red wine. It is topped with a pink tinged head that settles to a skim on top.
Tart raspberries. It has a sour aroma. Vinous. Funky.
Sour raspberry flavor. Definitely sour. Funky
Medium bodied with a dryish mouthfeel
Excellent sour beer. I really enjoyed it.
