Branch & Bone Artisan Ales

This beer is a collaborative effort with our friend Josh Hambright formerly of Central State Brewing. In the Fall of 2018, along with 40 breweries from around the world, we were invited to participate in Vol. 2 of a historic beer project by the group aison, Biere De Garde, & Farmhouse Ale Appreciation Society. Brewed in Dec of 2018 with Josh, the brew includes Indiana 6-row barley and Ohio raw wheat that was turbid mashed, boiled for 5 hours with aged hops, and fermented in french oak wine barrels with our house mixed cultures. The resulting beer is complex and incredibly drinkable. We hope you enjoy this historic beer!
