16oz ounce can served in a Duvel tulip glass. Canned on 11/25/24.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a massive thick head and lots of lacing.

Smell: Fresh cut citrus and tropical fruit.

Taste: Tastes a lot like it smells with the citrus/tropical fruit hops bookending the sweet malt for balance in the middle. I'm mostly only getting Citra-type hops; not picking up the other two hops (Mosaic, El Dorado) claimed on the can.

Mouthfeel: Good carbonation, good thickness with a bit of chew to it. A little sticky on the teeth.

Overall / Drinkability: A very solid example of a NEIPA. Not massively hopped or deep in flavor, but well balanced overall. Easily drinkable, and perhaps dangerously so. I could easily have another of these. Need to find this again and try it with food.
