Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a hazy orangish yellow color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
Guava dominates the initial smell. I get hints of the supporting cast, but the guava is a focal point.
Guava hits my taste buds early and often. The grapefruit does manage to come through a little. The lemon is in the finish. The apricot is subtle.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This is very nice and refreshing. It helps that I love guava.
