This solid brew in a style I admittedly usually don't try is rather surprising.
Pouring a murky dark purple with a thin head of light pink foam that settles
to a thick ring and light dusty layer, this one is beautiful. Nose of dark tart
berries of blueberry, cherry, blackberry, and faint cream. Flavors follow
nicely with blueberry, cherry, vanilla, faint cream, light breaded malt
hints, and a lightly tart sweet note like powdered sugar on the edges
of the tartness. Nice mouth feel; medium light body, medium light
soft carbonation with a little pop of effervescence, and a tart dry finish.

Overall----a really solid brew!

16 ounce can, no dating on it but it's from their recent anniversary release in early June 2021. Served in a Teku glass, the beer pours a reddish/purple color with about an inch pink head that stuck around a little bit. Decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like cherry, blueberry, cream, vanilla and bready malt. Taste pretty much follows the aroma, but there's also some tart dark fruit noticeable too. Leans more tart fruity tasting than sweet, but there's a lot of blueberry and cherry in this brew. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth. a bit slick and easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. If you're into tart and fruity Berliner Style Weisse brews pick this one up, I liked it a lot!
