From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This mighty fine solid pils pours a clear straw golden color with a very
nice head of white foam that settles to a thick clumping ring and layer
with nice lacing. Nose of lager yeast, breaded malt notes, and spicy
hop notes with some honey malt. Flavors hit the right stride with a
solid presentation of an everyday brew done right. Lightly breaded
malts dance with honey and spicy / grassy hops amongst lager funk
with some pear and apple hints in there akin to the Baltika brews.
Nice mouth feel; light body, smooth, easy drinker, medium carbonation,
and a balanced finish that is faintly dry.
Of note some lemon zest hints comes with warmth if you can let it
last longer than a tootsie-roll pop.
Overall----excellent!

16 ounce can, canning date of 10/18/21 stamped on the bottom of the can. Served in a Dayton Ale Trail can pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with about an inch or so white head. Head retention and lacing are both good enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready malt, grass and noble hops. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also the addition of some apple flavor too. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a smooth easy drinking pilsner with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall pilsner, worth picking up along with B&B's other brews!
