16 ounce can, canned on 08/26/24, another brew from Brutaltruth! Served in a Teku, the beer pours a somewhat clear reddish color with about an inch light tan head that stayed around a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like grapefruit, toasted malt, citrusy hops, bready malt and a bit of floralness. I think the taste is similar to the arma, but there's also some caramel, pine and a bit of tropical fruity flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a good amount of soft carbonation. I liked this one a lot, would pick more of this red ale up in the future!

Tasted from the tap at the brewery in Dayton, OH.
This was a simple, but well-made red ale. The appearance was clear, with a beautiful mahogany/burgundy color in the glass OK off-white head. It had decent malt presence, just a bit of hops, and was easy to sip on an Autumn afternoon on their patio.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little red ale pour a clear red with a
moderate head of off white foam that subsides to a thick ring, thin swirling pool,
and sports some light lacing. Nose of light citrus laden hop, caramel, bread crust,
and toasted malts. Flavors hit the markers with toasted malts, light breaded malts,
grapefruit, subtle pine, and pineapple hints dashed with caramel. Mouth feel is
medium light leaning towards medium, light carbonation, smooth, and finishing
lightly sweet and nicely balanced with citrus hop notes.
Overall, a solid little brew!
Cheers
