16 ounce can, canned on 02/11/25 stamped on the label. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a Branch & Bone chalice, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like maple along with some coffee, roasted malt, chocolate and cream. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some burnt/charred malt and blackberry flavors. All the flavors are well balanced, the coffee is stronger in the taste and it's not as sweet tasting as I was expecting it to be after smelling it. Mouthfeel/body is full, it's a bit slick and creamy with a moderate amount of soft carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good overall brew, definitely worth trying if you get the chance!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid imperial milk stout pours a
rich obsidian with a moderate head of light brown foam that settles to
a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some very nice lacing. Nose of
maple, coffee, char, deep roasted malts, and sweet cream dashed with
dark fruits. Flavors follow the nose with some exceptions. Coffee, chocolate,
maple, char, and deep roasted malts dance about brulee and dark berry notes
of black and blue berry wandering through earthy malt nuances. Mouth feel
is full, smooth, rich, coating, warming, medium light carbonation, and finishing
with a nice bitter malt note. Sweet but not overly cloying.
Overall, a SOLID imperial that is worthy!
Cheers
