Alright let's jam out to another virtue signal beer. Am I turned off? No. The beer and food is good. End of story.
Drank this summer 2024. Its kind of a cloudy appearance and a bright yellow and orange color, 1/2" white head. Aroma hits the familiar citra and mosaic combo, orange, tangerine, blueberry cough hits in the nose. Eukanot just seems like a catch all hop.
The taste is sufficient to be a hoppy pale ale. Straddles the line between hazy pale ale and unfiltered dry hop pale ale, hence the cloudiness. Taste has a light 2 row and honey pale like malt. Citra usually comes off a little sweeter than the more bitter hops too. Eukanot might be giving off the papaya feel/taste alongside the grassiness. Fractional green pepper edge to it, not problematic. There is a parallel or two with Eukanot as the non binary hop. Its all over the place. Makes me wonder why I haven't seen a Eukanot single hop beer. Would like to get to know you. Quite the inclusive beer.

A light beer with a distinctive acidic feel. Not very good, but drinkable.

From the can. Pours slightly hazy, incredible foaming. Nice aroma, grassy and earthy. Peach juice and some pine on the sip. Touch of minerality on the end.
