From a bottle. Thanks to @xicanobeerrun for the treat!
Pours a glowing straw gold. Visibly effervescent, with a billowy cap that rapidly dissipates.
Light funk on the nose, wet hay and bloomy cheese, with more of the same (at a higher level) on the sip. Lingering finish.

The Mick and Brick Beer Review had the pleasure of getting our hands on a couple of these incredible saison style brews from Urban Roots. ‘Eminent Truth’ is one of the best saison style beers we’ve both ever tried. It’s starts out with a very delicious citrusy aroma. Makes your mouth water before you even taste it. The favor is full and rich almost like a beer fruit smoothie. It wasn’t a heavy beer but had some body. Easy to taste the course of fruit flavors. Could taste the smooth hops that perfectly balanced. The appearance was golden and hazy. Great drinking experience with this brew. Checkout out video review @MickandBrick FB/IGTV It’s episode 119.

Delicious blend of the belgian flavor with the brett dryness. Very flavorful and smooth.
