Can from New Seasons.
A clean, clear straw yellow with a touch of haze from the yeast. The nose is a great expression of the yeast, softly spicy, fruity esters,a touch warm, all complementing the deceptively simple straw note from the pils malt. Really harmonious, the balance extends to the palate, where the spice, pear/fruit notes and straw are all in great balance. Briskly carbonated but nimble on the palate. Excellent saison.

Pours a slightly hazy blond golden. Peppery, floral, slightly funky, a little lemony. Crisp and effervescent.
