A special limited release Czech Style Lager that was inspired by 10º. Slightly higher in ABV with a more robust flavor profile yet still light, clean and super refreshing.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. The date on the can is illegible.
Appearance: light golden hue with a clear body and a thick head of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: clean malt aroma with a light yeastiness and perhaps a little bit of earthy hop character.
Taste: a pretty neutral malt character with a moderate sweetness for the style and a nicely balanced bitterness. A little bit of noble hop character shines at the end; nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and a nice creaminess.
Overall: a solid Czech pilsner, and as befitting the style, very refreshing and drinkable!

Poured vigorously into a czech tubinger. Good round mouthfeel, nice head retention—lacing. clean smell with malty backbone. True to style. Exceptionally crafted. Mind blown. Too bad limited release.

Crystal clear, golden hued body; good carbonation presence; very thick head, white, foamy body, creamy top, long-lasting; sculpted; sticky, fat curtain rings of foam mark the glass after every sip. Outstanding malt aroma; sweet, toasted grain; light honey. Very clean taste; gently sweet malt flavor; very light honey; lightly brisk hop bitterness flavor; herbal bitterness. Medium-light body; crisp and dry on the palate.
What a fantastic beer!...nicely balanced light malt and moderate hop bitterness qualities. Well-rounded and very satisfying.

Bright and clear medium gold body; excellent carbonation; thin yet lasting head, white and frothy with some stickiness; big rings of foam cling to the glass. Beautifully refreshing smell; mild esters, melon-like; light biscuit. Delicate malt flavor with a bold, lightly herbal hop flavor and bitterness; clean. Medium body; crisp; slightly juicy feel with a mild dryness towards the finish.
I love a good pilsner, and this is one to love. One can find balance and subtle complexity, especially in the smell and taste components. Well-rounded, very enjoyable.

Malty-sweet, bready-biscuity, and subdued citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a tasty and balanced, honey bread malty, and subtle citrus hoppy bitter finish...some lemon bready bitterness lingers a bit as it warms. This is a quality Czech Pilsner...clean and crushable! I love it!

Can from Uptown Market. Side by side with the Ferment 12° pils.
A straw yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is perfume - lemon, petrichor, a touch of wet grass, snappy, crisp and clean light pils malt base. Brighter and more focused than the Ferment version. The palate is excellent. Bitter, pungent, earthy, bitter lemon peel, a touch of floral honey. A touch of bread, a lovely, snappy malt character that pairs wonderfully with the earthy hops. Bitter, pungent, drying on the finish, this beer is light in body, crisply carbonated and particularly excellent.

What I know right here is that I have a beer. And it’s a good beer. And when I drink it, I want another sip. And when I finish the damn thing, I’ll probably want another one. That’s the test of if a beer is good or not. And guess what? 12’ gets a damn golden star according to Raul.
