Bottle pour- dark as a moonless night.not really any head or lacing to speak of. Been in the fridge awhile. Nose is mildly sweet with hints of cacao and vanilla. Taste follows with the addition of coconut and almond nuttiness revealing a bit of oaky barrel wood. A bit of sweetness lingers on the finish.

On tap at the brewery.
Pretty enough for style.
Nose pumps a sweet rendition of all the stated ingredients (in order of appearance): chocolate, coconut, almond.
Flavor follows and really presents the nuttiness and coconut along with a firm chocolate base. The bourbon barrel chimes in quietly.
Firm mouthfeel.
Overall, starts off sweet, pulls back a bit, and finishes slightly sweet. Gentle warming comes in slowly at the end.
