A little saison, as they put it. Looks great; golden a bit faded, hazy. Nice soft head. Some spiciness and pepper in the aroma. But still "little". It is very much like a subdued saison with a slight hint of tropical fruit. Taste follows, with some white pepper or hint of mint. Feels great. Easy drinking small beer. Porch pounder or pair with lighter meals. Cheese and crackers, salad, shrimp.
