Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City NC. The blaze of Fall, so beautiful.
Appears light hazy orange with a nice white foamy head that dropped to zero and very little lacing.
Smells lightly bready, tropical fruity and pepper.
Taste follows the nose. More mango on the front of the beer, as I drink it the jalapeno flavor builds and builds.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a nice jalapeno beer, but I might not order again.
