Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in Beautiful downtown Bryson City NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a foamy tannish head and lacing that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells malty sweet, floral, slightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with a good amount of sweetness on the front of the palate and spiciness on the back of the palate.
Mouth feel is medium for the with a nice creamy finish.
Overall a nice example of a Belgian Dubbel that I would definitely order again.
