Brought a crowler home from the brewery. Poured from the crowler into a pint glass. A hard pour provides a big frothy cream/antique white colored head and thick bands of lacing on the glass. head retention is better than average. Anice hazy orange/brown color. Good looking beer. Aroma is mild with some bitterness, malt and a little rye sourness. taste is more of the same: some dry biscuity malt with a little caramel malt and some piney hops. The rye is mild, just a little rye sourness. Mouthfeel is crisp, moderate bitterness and malty richness. No alcohol taste. This is a good IPA.
