Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears golden yellow with a nice foamy white head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, floral.
Taste follows the nose, slightly yeasty.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Belgian that I would definitely order again.
