Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears Amber with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to zero with some nice lacing.
Smells malty and spicy.
Taste follows the nose, very spicy in a good way and malty.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice example of a Octoberfest beer that I would definitely order again.
