Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in Downtown Bryson City.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears dark, dark brown almost black with a nice dark tan foamy head that lasted.
Smells malty, floral, bready.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style.
Overall a very nice black lager that I would definitely order again.
