Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in Beautiful downtown Bryson City.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks Golden yellow with a nice thick foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, floral and a bit spicy.
Taste classic Pilsener, I love a good Pilsener and this is pretty good.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Pilsener that I would definitely order again.
