Drinking this at The Mountain Layers Brewery in beautiful downtown Bryson City NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown with a nice tan foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a very nice example of the style and I would definitely order again.
