Copper colored liquid. Clear. Moderate head which settles to a thin film of bubbles. Very fine lacing, as in tight thin bubbles on the glass.
Light caramel nose dominates the nose. The hop acts as a spice. Attractive.
The flavor is drier than the smell suggests. The hop is more biting as well--freshly ground pepper comes to mind. The body leans fuller and the carbonation is a bit above average as well. Moderate aftertaste.
