A pilsner made with all Ontario ingredients from some of our favorite grower/producer/processors in the province.
Malt from Mill Ridge Malt in Arnprior, Ontario.
Triumph hops from Bulldog Hops in Harriston, Ontario.
Water from our well, in Caledon, of course.
Lagered for many weeks, it is simple, yet densely layered and eminently drinkable. We taste notes of doughy biscuit malt, fruity and floral hop aromatics, Ontario, a gentle but firm bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel without sacrificing any crisp drinkability.
