Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the narrow Kölsch glass. Aromas of straw, alfalfa, and biscuits. Not as perfumey as the classic style. But a clean and refreshing, light bodied beer. Malty with a sweet start. Flavors of cereal and slightly herbal with a slight bitter edge. This has a mild grainy taste with that kiss of euro hop flavors. Overall very pleasant and drinkable. From the 16 oz can dated 10/10/22.

Pint at their waterfront location in Point Loma. Tasty, easy drinking version of the style. But hard to find a better view and setting to drink a beer like this.
