Visited late-ish on a Saturday with my wife. We had a couple beers and a pretzel. Views are great. Pretzel was fine. Beer was pretty good. I'm pretty sure they don't brew at all at this location.
No real "indoor" seating -- a few barrels inside if thye closed the garage doors, but they're clearly an outdoor-focused place. Views are great, you can see San Diego across the bay, watch boats come in and go out. Not much chance to chat with staff, but they were friendly and helpful.
Maybe a dozen taps, mostly lagers, a couple IPAs and kettle sours or other things.

I was so happy when Eppig opened. This location on the water is great. It is like drinking at a yacht club without the expense of a boat. It's a very dog friendly place and located next several good seafood oriented restaurants. They serve their own beers only, but have a nice range of styles. I like all their IPAs and their 10:45 is my favorite. They also have a very good Black Lager that my wife likes.

This is the second most scenic beer location in San Diego. My number one is just a few blocks away on Shelter Island, the Fathom bar on the little pier. But this place is the ideal spot on the waterfront walk near the sport fishing docks and looking over the marina to the downtown buildings. It's close to two informal seafood places if you're looking for more than a snack.
Several beers in the German styles, with a Plisner, wheat, Berliner, Fest, and Kölsch. Plus some others. The two I tried were not so pleasing, but they do tasters so you can try them all. A great place to stop on a walk along a scenic part of San Diego harbor, but it's really about the view.

The name says it all, waterfront. Nice view of the harbor from the patio, it's an A+ patio. No music or anything like that, you get to enjoy the sounds of planes taking off and the water.
The beer is great, especially if you like Lagers. The IPAs are "we are in San Diego so we have to put a passable IPA on tap so people won't complain". Stick to the lagers. The food is packaged, barely passable, skip it.
