A copper-like hue and complex aromas of toasted malt, dark dried fruit, toffee, and bread crust, this beer is a rendition of a classic German style brewed through the “Eppig lens.” Caramel-like sweetness gives way to a dry finish, resulting in a richly satisfying brew.

A sweet and strong dark Bock-style lager. Pours a dark reddish amber with adequate foam in the Bacchus tumbler. This is quite rich and on the sugary side. It's just a big malty brew with a little hoppy herbal twang to take the edge off. Winey and full of caramel but that fades to the Long Island Iced Tea rummy taste. Quite sippable and plently strong to go with the sweetness. From the 32 oz crowler can filled at the Point Loma tasting room.
