Huge, over-carbonated head. This surprisingly settles to no bubbles and no lace. The liquid is like apricot juice--cloudy, dark amber color.
More tart than sweet, though both are most notable. There's a bit of bread and light alcohol.
Far more tart than the smell lets on. The bread flavors are up front. Fairly rich with a decent carbonation level. The finish is similar to sucking on a lemon.
