another pink boots society beer, and a unique one. its a lager, hopped up liberally and done in the brut style, fizzy and dry and without a whole lot of yeast character overall, believe it or not. i originally thought this was done with fruit or something, it wasnt immediately obvious what this was, but its a rad beer, not sure ive seen a brut india lager before, so mad props for doing one! the hops arent real mild here, but the beer is very good overall, maybe not appreciable as a lager right away, but it is crisper and drier and cleaner and more subtly yeasty than many of its ale counterparts, and it was among the best beers i had in here, fizzy and summery and interesting enough to almost be challenging, really nice. its a shame this brewery is shutting down, that was the word at the bar when i was in, like this may never exist again, a real shame, but its a clever and unique modern lager, and the execution is there. not sure if anyone is here to miss this, but if they were, this would be missed...
