2015 (bottle 10/540) waxed bomber into a Teku at cellar temp.
Look: pretty deep caramel with very little head.
Smell: rye whisky, cinnamon, fusel alcohol.
Taste: extra-ripe banana, almond butter, bread pudding, apple pie, bread and butter pickle.
Feel: medium-thick, with just enough carbonation to keep it reasonably drinkable.
Overall: for a BA beer by a local brewery, you could do a lot worse, but also not outstanding in any way.
