Poured a light orange, golden color with a small white head and good carbonation. Nose is rather flat, with light fruit, hops and grain. Taste is throwing off CO2, a tad metallic even, tropical fruit and floral at times. A little it of bread and caramel too. Mouthfeel is nice, crisp but the CO2 just killed me, left it off on drinkability, taste and mouthfeel. Fix this issue and it would very good.

Had a pint of this yesterday afternoon on my back home from the Central Coast, described on the chalkboard as a west coast pale ale with an assertive hop flavor, only beer that was not available in bottles to take home, so I wanted to have one there, color is a light golden orange, 1/2 inch creamy white head that leaves a bit of lacing, retention is decent, aroma consisted of crackers, toasted bread, floral hops, grainy malt, some lemon, and hay, taste starts off with very light dryness from hops, not overly piney or floral, just simple and dry, middle consists of toasted and bready malts, finishes with the same hop flavors mixed with grains in the bakground, not much else going on with the flavor, keeps it simple and enjoyable, toasted, dry, and slightly chewy mouthfeel, high level of carbonation, taste does not last long, could drink a few more pints with ease, no alcohol present, crisp and smooth, drinks very easy without being watered down, it has full flavor just very light, not a bad beer overall, little light in my opinion but seemed to be popular among the crowd, might drink again, worth trying
