Remember math? Let’s simplify. What do you get when you add a hull melon hopped whirlpool to a hull melon and nelson sauvin dry-hop? Answer: A simple, balanced IPA that gives way to flavors of honeydew, strawberry, and white wine. No boiling hops means no bittering hops - giving this a residual sweetness. Just might be the most agreeable IPA you can find. Changing the mathematical rules of IPAs. Problem solved. Chalk dropped.
