Simple body pale ale dry-hopped with Tahoma. We pick up gentle notes of lemon and mint on top of a light, crisp, easy drinker.

Can to becher pint glass.
The appearance was a glossy pale yellow color with a sly transparency about it closer to the edges allowing some fast rising carbonation to be seen. A nice foamy white head shapes up methodically to create a light film around the glass in a sticky fashion.
The aroma had some lemon crisp pulpy sweet to bitter character rolling into some grassy hop notes and a touch of crushed white pepper. Subtle mint leafs round out further on the back end.
The flavor yields to the grassy hoppiness meshing with the crushed white pepper. Lemon pulp is there but seems fainter. Mint leafs seem barely there. Slight crisp bittersweet grassy aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a wonderful sessionability. ABV felt appropriate. Carbonation was a bit higher than expected but honestly for the most part was pretty good. Crisp grassy hop finish.
Overall, for an APA this is well done and well worthy of coming back to. Would also be very nice alongside of some brats.
