From a 16 oz. can sampled on Jan 7, 2022.
The look is about what you would expect with its golden, albeit slightly cloudy appearance under a lasting white head. Lacing.
The aroma is grain, moss, grass, and lemon zest mainly.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and grainy to start with those grass and lemon characters following up on the backside. Easy drinking.

No can date
Med frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, messy lacing, mostly clear slight hazy med golden straw color
Nose grainy sweet pilsner malt, cereal grain, little straw and corn, good malt character but a tad light, light herbal floral hop
Taste grainy sweet pilsner malt again, fair corn and straw, cereal, bread dough, nice rich malt, med herbal to spicy hop, with med lighter bitterness, dry finish with med spicy hop bitterness, soft like a Helles should be and not crisp bite like a pilsner
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med frothy carb, soft lager
Overall this was a solid Helles. Not many American breweries can do the style correctly. It's not perfect, a bit more malt on both nose and taste, hops were good, and didn't have the decoction depth but still good
