TDH 8% NEDIPA with Citra, Sultana, Columbus, and Simcoe. Pours a very hazy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves loads of bubbly lace as it slowly settles. 4.75
Smell is ripe melon, papaya, mango, apricot, and grapefruit rind. 4.25
Taste follows cantaloupe, papaya, mango, peach, apricot, and a little grapefruit bitterness on the back end. Really huge flavor and well balanced. 4.5
Mouthfeel is big, rather soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky never dry, and it may drink bigger than 8% but extremely approachable. 4.5
Overall this brewery just keeps getting better and better. This is a really excellent NEDIPA and highly recommend. 4.5
